I hereby grant League of Their Own, Inc., d/b/a A League of Their Own Riverview (“the League”) permission to photograph, record, or otherwise capture my image or likeness during my presence at League games, events, or related activities. I understand and agree that such photographs, videos, or digital recordings may be used, reproduced, displayed, published, or distributed by the League for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to use on the League’s website, in news articles, program brochures, event materials, flyers, online media posts, digital publications, or presentations made available to the public.
I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or any material in which my likeness appears and waive any claim to compensation arising from such use. I further release the League, its officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any liability in connection with the use of my image or likeness as described above.
I acknowledge that the Program or activity may involve physical exertion and contact with may result in injury. I assume all risks incidental to such participation including any risk or hazard in transportation to and from activities and/or school. I hereby waive, release, absolve, and hold harmless League of their own inc, dba: A League of their own riverview, the City of Tampa, Hillsborough County Parks and Recreation, organizers, sponsors, or participants/volunteers, for any loss, damage, or injury during this participation.
